The Lounge does its best work just before sunset. Head up to the fifth-floor terrace, choose a sea-facing seat and watch the Saadiyat coast change colour over a drink. The 5–7pm happy hour gives you a reason to arrive early, but the setting is worth lingering for well after it finishes.
