There's a rather good reason to take your time at Solenn: the dining room looks onto the equestrian grounds, and the menu is made for more than one round. Mediterranean dishes pick up a subtle Arabic accent, from black-lime hummus to rich wagyu lasagne, while the grill handles the bigger plates. It works equally well for a long breakfast or an unhurried dinner without the usual hotel-restaurant formality.
