The tiny Jumeirah Asian bistrot proving that a serious chef does not require a chandelier budget. S.E.A fits roughly 20 people, keeps the menu tight and sends out wagyu gyoza, crispy duck salad and Thai curries with the kind of technique usually followed by a much more alarming bill.
