Observation Deck at 300 is not somewhere you come for the food alone. Go for the city laid out beneath you, then make a proper afternoon of it with a tea service at the top of Etihad Towers. On a clear day the coastline is spectacular, and the view improves if you give yourself time to walk the perimeter.
