Hey, Tiger takes Brass Monkey Hospitality up to the rooftop at The Club House in Motor City, opening 9 November. Japan, Korea and China share the menu: sushi, robata, dim sum and Korean barbecue cooked at your table. Chef Prabin Tamang brings experience from Mimi Kakushi and OKKU. Start with terrace drinks, order for the table and see where the music takes you.
