The all-day eatery inside Paus Club on Al Wasl Road, Umm Suqeim. Refined sugar-free baking, black sesame sourdough sandwiches, brunch classics with a twist and plant-forward bowls, served in the club's garden courtyards from 6am to midnight. The sit-down counterpoint to the spa and padel courts upstairs, and one of the few proper breakfast kitchens in the neighbourhood.
