Catch at St. Regis
Catch is the Corniche seafood table for when the setting matters as much as the catch. The terrace sits close to the beach, while the kitchen moves easily from fresh oysters and sashimi to miso black cod and charcoal-grilled sea bass. It's polished but not stiff, with enough plates worth sharing to make one main each feel a little limiting. Come while there's daylight if the sea view is part of the plan.
