Florence’s famously enormous schiacciata has landed at DXB, because apparently a sad pre-flight wrap was no longer acceptable. All'Antico Vinaio stacks fresh Tuscan flatbread with cured meats, creamy cheeses, vegetables and the sort of sauces that make eating neatly an abandoned ambition. One catch: it is airside at Terminal 3’s C Gates, so bring a boarding pass, not just an appetite.
