There are plenty of places to watch the sun go down on the Palm, but Above Eleven gives you a rooftop, skyline views, Nikkei food and enough reason to stay for a second drink. Go Wednesday to Sunday between 5pm and 8pm and AED 40 gets you a selected cocktail or house drink with a sushi bite. Book around sunset. Stay longer than planned.
