"A three-day coastal triathlon weekend, from Sprint distance to the full 100km T100."
Dubai T100 moves to Al Mamzar for 2026, swapping Meydan for an ocean swim, coastal parkland and a bike course stretching across Dubai Islands and the Infinity Bridge. More than 2,000 athletes from 57 nationalities are expected across the weekend, with Sprint, Olympic and full T100 distances, relay options and a women’s professional race. Sign up if a 2km swim, 80km ride and 18km run sounds like a useful November project. Otherwise, arrive considerably less tired and watch people who made different choices.

Minimum age rules apply.
“Choose your distance honestly. The Sprint is the sensible first step: a 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run. Olympic athletes take on 1.5km, 40km and 10km, while the full T100 covers 2km, 80km and 18km.”
“The Olympic race is currently scheduled for Saturday at 6.45am, followed by the 100km race at 6.45am on Sunday and Sprint at 10.45am. The organiser says timings and course maps remain subject to confirmation, so check the athlete guide before planning transport or road-closure avoidance.”
