Villa Toscana's weekday set lunch is the sort of business meeting that improves once the pasta arrives. For AED 120 you choose a starter and main from the Italian kitchen, while another AED 25 adds dessert. The dining room is quiet enough to talk, and the flavours are reassuringly traditional, from antipasti to the sort of pasta that deserves a proper fork.
