BurJuman's Khushiyon Se Bhari Diwali runs from 14 October to 12 November. The Level 1 Diwali Bazaar, open 10am to 10pm from 18 October to 2 November, sells ethnic wear, jewellery, clay diyas and festive gifts, while the Main Atrium hosts free diya painting and rangoli workshops Sunday to Thursday, 4pm to 10pm.
Weekend evenings bring the Baithak sessions of classical music and dance, so check the mall's schedule for the current week before you go.

“The bazaar closes on 2 November but the workshops and performances run to 12 November, so the second week is quieter and better for actual shopping. Free entry throughout, and the mall is a short walk from BurJuman metro.”
