Zuma at lunchtime gives you the Japanese kitchen without having to turn the whole afternoon into an event. The Ebisu set starts with miso soup, then lets you choose two dishes and a main from a menu spanning sashimi, maki, gyoza and robata favourites. At AED 149 it is a useful way to try several Zuma signatures, whether you are meeting someone on Al Maryah Island or simply want a better-than-usual lunch.
