Dubai Fitness Challenge closes with a sunrise yoga session beneath The Gate at DIFC on Sunday 29 November. The morning begins with live music, a sound bath and guided breathwork before the main 30-minute class from 6.45am to 7.15am. There are dedicated family, ladies-only and accessible zones, with wellness activities after the session. Entry is free, but register in advance and arrive for gates opening at 5.15am.

“Entry is under The Gate in DIFC, not last year's venue. Save your registration QR code before setting off and bring a refillable water bottle. Mats are provided; under-18s must attend with an adult.”
