Your costume can be elaborate. Dinner doesn’t have to be. Rowley’s marks Halloween from 30 October to 1 November with Bloody Mary steak sauce, nori fries and black soft serve alongside its usual steak-and-fries menu.
There’s candy and a daily costume contest too. Everything is à la carte, so dressing as a vampire doesn’t commit you to a three-course package.
