Iris Brunch builds from relaxed arrivals into a lively afternoon, with music, curated drinks and a social crowd setting the tone as the energy lifts through to 5pm. The three-course menu moves from a first set of guacamole, a sushi platter and a goma salad, through a second set of crispy salmon taco, wagyu beef slider and chicken quesadilla, to a main of glazed beef cheek or maniche cacio e pepe with Osetra caviar, then a lucuma cheesecake or exotic fruit salad. Four beverage packages: The Light at AED 395 for mocktails and soft drinks, The Social at AED 560 with cocktails, house wine, bubbles, beer and spirits, The Premium at AED 690 with premium selections, and The Ultra Premium at AED 935 with champagne.
