CLAY's Saturday brunch leans fully into Nikkei: Japanese technique, Peruvian flavour, plenty of sharing plates and a room that gets louder as lunch goes on.
Expect signatures like uramaki and bright ceviche alongside live entertainment, music and dancing. The brunch runs from 1pm to 4pm, but don't make plans straight after. The official after-party carries on until 6pm...
