Saturday’s Cantonese Treasure lunch lets you pick three baskets for AED 128 or five for AED 188, with choices that include har gau, shui mai, Szechuan-style wontons and richly filled buns. It is an unusually manageable introduction to the Michelin-starred kitchen, and a very different sort of weekend lunch from a big buffet.
