An unhurried two- or three-course option is a much better use of a workday break than another desk sandwich. The Lighthouse sets out Mediterranean favourites in a bright waterfront dining room, with two courses for AED 130 or three for AED 150. It works as well for a proper catch-up as it does for a client lunch, with a separate bar and terrace waiting if the meeting runs long.
