Rowley’s keeps lunch gloriously uncomplicated: a 250g steak, house salad and as many classic frites as you can reasonably manage for AED 80. The steak is cooked sous vide for 24 hours and served medium by recommendation. Add a glass of house red or white for AED 20 if the afternoon calendar allows it.
