Thursday’s A Night in Paris brings French classics with a Chez Wam twist. Hadrien Villedieu’s menu includes croque monsieur with aged Comté and veal ham, duck confit Parmentier and beef bourguignon made with slow-cooked short rib.
There are three choices per course, all priced individually, with a live DJ through the evening. Have three courses or don’t. Paris will cope.
