The Spaniel on Bluewaters serves Christmas Eve two ways: a festive set menu at AED 349 per person, or à la carte for anyone saving the full roast for tomorrow.
The set menu opens with pumpkin soup and sharing starters, including sausage rolls with cranberry ketchup and lobster and prawn cocktail. Choose beef or turkey roast, butternut squash Wellington or poached salmon, then share Yule log, sticky toffee, Christmas pudding and British cheese.
Food-and-drink packages start at AED 549 with soft beverages.
