Cassette runs its business lunch Monday to Friday, noon until six. Two courses are AED 105 and three are AED 130. Start with the beetroot salad with feta mousse and walnuts, or the Caesar with anchovies and bacon, and add grilled chicken for AED 15. Mains are truffle gnocchi with Comte and wild mushrooms, pan seared salmon with lemon beurre blanc, or dry aged beef sliders in brioche with fries. Finish with the sticky toffee pudding and chocolate mousse duo.
