Sunday lunch at The Guild comes with a few useful bargaining chips: a ball pit, arcade games and ice cream made to order. Only On Sundaes gives the children plenty to get stuck into while you get acquainted with a roast.
Finally, a family lunch with more than one answer to “I’m bored.”
Ice Cream Has a Start Time
The Nitro Sundae Bar opens at midday, making ice cream with liquid nitrogen while the children watch. There’s a Candy Bar too. Expect considerable interest in both.
The wider programme runs 9am to 7pm, but book from midday if ice cream is part of the promise.

Small People, Big Plans
Younger children have Little Explorers, a supervised space with soft play, a ball pit, sensory activities and toys.
Older children and teens get The Arcade Club: arcade games, air hockey and PlayStation. You may find they’re suddenly in less of a hurry to leave lunch.
The two-hour experience costs AED 65 per child, plus 7% municipality tax, including ice cream and play. Your food and drinks are separate.
Book the children’s session around your meal, and check the age limits and whether parents need to stay nearby. Then turn your attention to the roast.
