The Michelin-starred Cantonese landmark at Emirates Palace has quietly rebuilt its week. From 16 October, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi has refreshed menus across its signature experiences, from the Friday brunch to a daily set menu that has quietly become one of the better deals in the capital.

Lost in Shanghai Brunch, Fridays

The signature brunch returns with a refreshed menu built on the shared-meal tradition: Peking duck with caviar, prawn fritter with bonito flake, jasmine tea-smoked Wagyu beef ribs, Szechuan-style wontons and almond soft shell crab, with desserts handpicked by executive chef Lee Kok Hua.

Every Friday, 6pm to 10pm. AED538 per person for three hours inclusive of mixers, AED728 inclusive of three-course bubbles. Minimum two guests.

Cantonese Treasures, Saturdays

The yum cha ritual returns every Saturday with a refreshed selection of dim sum and beverages. Tea, dim sum, conversation. The way it has worked for centuries, now indoors at Emirates Palace.

Cantonese Journey, Daily

New to the weekday programme: a three-course Cantonese Journey set menu that opens with a dim sum trio, moves to Szechuan mala roast chicken or wok-fried local Red Sea bream, and closes with a cream cheese flan.

Daily, 6pm to 11:30pm. AED298 per person, minimum two guests.

Hakka Nights, Daily

The after-dark, beverage-led hour: cocktails and small bites in the polished, low-lit room.

Daily, 6:30pm to 11pm. AED88 for two mixed beverages, AED108 with a small bite.
