Pepperoni Turns One. Books Dubai Opera.

Redouane Bougheraba, Kris Fade and Nino Arial take the stage on 17 October for Pepperoni Comedy Club’s first birthday. Some people just book a table.

Pepperoni has outgrown its birthday venue. By quite a few seats.

The comedy club celebrates its first year on Saturday 17 October, with Redouane Bougheraba and Kris Fade leading a one-night show at Dubai Opera. Nino Arial joins the line-up, with Abz Ali and Noha Bashir hosting.

Part of Dubai Comedy Festival, it takes Pepperoni beyond its usual One Central home. Head to Downtown for this one. Turning up at the restaurant would be an expensive way to miss the joke.

“Pepperoni turns one and books Dubai Opera. King/Queen moves.”

French First. Check Your Plus-One.

The show is advertised in French, with Bougheraba performing in French and Kris Fade in English. Recognising the faces on the poster won’t necessarily get you through the material.

Make sure that works for your group. Your bilingual friend deserves a night out, not a shift as a subtitle service.

Dinner First, Punchlines at 9.30

Auditorium doors open at 9pm; the show starts at 9.30pm. There’s time to eat beforehand, but leave a buffer for getting to Dubai Opera and finding your seats.

Tickets are advertised from AED 175, though the booking picture is mixed: Pepperoni’s website says sold out, while Dubai Opera still shows a booking link and starting price. Check whether you can actually select seats before making plans. A booking button is not a ticket.
