Pepe Cucina Has Two Playgrounds — One Is For Adults
The new Italian restaurant at Address Beach Resort combines fresh pasta and pizza with a children’s club, outdoor cinema and games bar. Parents, take note.

Pepe Cucina is now open at Address Beach Resort, bringing handmade pasta, pizza and something parents may care about even more: a dedicated kids’ area.
Because JBR isn’t exactly short on places to order Italian food with a view. A restaurant where children have their own space—and parents have a chance of finishing a sentence—is a much stronger sell.
The kids’ club is designed for ages two to 10, with indoor and outdoor spaces, pedal cars, learning games and an outdoor cinema.
That doesn’t automatically mean free childcare. Confirm the current supervision rules and operating times when booking. Still, it sounds considerably better than balancing an iPad against the olive oil. Pepe Cucina
There’s A Playground For Adults Too
Pepe’s separate bar and games area offers billiards, chess, cards and dominoes. Launch reports also mention foosball and darts.
So yes, you can order pasta, point the children towards something designed for them and become far too emotionally invested in a game of pool. A solid Saturday, really.
The menu focuses on familiar Italian crowd-pleasers, including fresh pasta, pizza and wood-fired dishes. The restaurant also has an open-air terrace overlooking JBR and Ain Dubai.

What About Brunch?
Pepe’s family brunch runs every Saturday from 1pm to 5pm, combining Italian sharing dishes, wood-fired pizza and a live DJ with access to the children’s area.
The soft-drinks package costs AED250, followed by house drinks at AED350, Prosecco at AED450 and Champagne at AED650.
Children aged four to 12 pay AED75. Those under four eat free.
When Is Pepe Open?
Pepe’s service page currently lists 4pm to midnight from Tuesday to Thursday, 4pm to 1am on Friday, and noon to 1am on Saturday and Sunday.
However, the main Pepe and Address Beach Resort pages display different Friday and Monday hours. Check directly before making a special journey, particularly on those days.
It’s too early to call Pepe one of JBR’s best Italian restaurants. We need to eat the pasta before making promises like that.
What we can say is that the concept makes sense: Italian food, drinks, games and a proper area for younger guests, all inside a neighbourhood built for large family weekends.
Come for the pasta. Stay because, for once, nobody has asked to leave before the mains arrive.
