One kid wants to climb. Another wants to make slime. You'd quite like both activities to happen in the same building.
Enter Lala Little Wonders, the new indoor play space in Al Quoz. It combines climbing, creative workshops and a makeover studio, with an around-the-world theme tying it together. Weekday admission starts at AED 120 for two hours
First Stop: the Burj Khalifa
The space is arranged like a futuristic airport, with a central terminal connecting five play worlds through tubes and interactive structures.
Children can tackle climbing structures inspired by the Burj Khalifa, Taj Mahal and Dutch windmills. The Dark Room of Continents changes the pace with glowing environments inspired by different parts of the world.
It is a promising setup for siblings who rarely agree on what counts as fun. There is more than one way to spend the afternoon here.

Then Things Get Messy
The Vibe Vault handles the making: slime, clay, pottery, painting and baking feature in the workshop line-up.
Glow Pop House goes in another direction, with braids, updos, glitter and nail art. Useful information to share selectively if you had planned a quick visit.
Workshops start at AED 45 per child. Check which sessions are running and what costs extra before booking. An entry ticket should not be mistaken for an all-access pass to everything sparkly.
Before You Promise Them Everything
Weekend admission starts at AED 160, but published reports differ on how long that buys you. Confirm the session length directly.
Also check age limits, adult entry charges and supervision rules. Do not assume you can drop the children off or that every activity will suit your youngest.
The appeal is straightforward: several different ways to play, without driving between them. Whether your afternoon involves miniature landmarks or an ambitious quantity of glitter is up to you.
