Three by Eva has a new neighbour. Conveniently, it’s family.
Keanu’s Neighborhood Pizzeria is now open in Jumeirah 2, serving long-fermented sourdough pizza in the villa next door. Led by Lilian Rihani, it comes from the women behind Three by Eva. This time, the evening revolves around pizza and records. A good reason to get to know the neighbours.
Same Team, More Pizza
The idea reportedly started after service at Three by Eva: Emilie’s three-day-fermented dough, Lilian putting on a record and dinner taking shape.
Now that dough has an address of its own, with indoor seating and a communal table outside. Keanu’s is walk-in only, so gather whoever’s hungry and head over. The table may take a little patience.

What’s Coming Out of the Kitchen?
The opening menu gives familiar pizza territory a few unexpected turns.
La Clandestina pairs San Marzano tomato sauce with rose petals, while Hot Alibi brings the heat with spicy spianata. Polpetta Romana takes its cue from parmigiana, with meatballs joining the party.
Cheesy garlic bread, burrata and changing bruschetta specials give you somewhere to start. Tiramisu gives you a reason to leave room. Menu preview
The team also plans to host emerging DJs on selected nights, adding to the music that helped get the idea going.
For Three by Eva regulars, it’s a familiar team doing something new. For everyone else, three-day-fermented dough and tiramisu make a fairly persuasive introduction.
