ROKA’s second Dubai restaurant opens on 20 November at Six Senses The Palm, bringing its Japanese robata cooking to a rooftop setting with an outdoor terrace.
Business Bay regulars have a reason to make the trip: dishes created specifically for the Palm, alongside a change of view.
What’s on the Menu?
The charcoal grill remains central, with new dishes worth considering before you order the usual.
Announced additions include lobster maki with yuzu kosho cream and caviar, king crab leg tempura with roast garlic mayonnaise, and whole grilled lobster with red yuzu kosho butter.
The shellfish appear to have negotiated top billing.
ROKA signatures will also feature. Full menu prices are still to be confirmed.
“The shellfish have gone straight for the spotlight.”
Make an Evening of It
The rooftop restaurant will welcome resort guests and outside visitors, with water views from its West Crescent setting.
Announced hours are 5–11pm daily, with DJs Thursday to Saturday. Book early if you fancy seeing the terrace in daylight, then stay as the evening gets going.
Reservations are reportedly open, but a Palm-specific booking link is still to be verified. Check that your confirmation names ROKA at Six Senses The Palm, not Business Bay.
Doors are due to open on 20 November. New terrace, new dishes, a few new contenders for your usual order.
