Motor City’s next dinner spot comes from a team that knows a thing or two about volume.
Hey Tiger, the new Asian restaurant from Brass Monkey Hospitality, opens on Monday 9 November on the rooftop of The Club House. Take the lift to level two. Bring people who share.
What’s on the Menu?
Sushi, sashimi, dim sum, robata, Korean barbecue and wok-fired dishes, all designed for the middle of the table. A useful spread for a group whose only agreement so far is “Asian?”
Dedicated Korean barbecue tables let you cook your own meat, with built-in extraction. Someone in the group is about to appoint themselves head chef.
The drinks follow suit: cocktails with yuzu, sesame, green tea and miso, plus highballs, sake and soju. Start on the terrace; the music builds as the evening goes on.

Who’s Cooking?
Group Executive Chef Chul Keun Lim brings experience from Nobu, Zuma Dubai and BB Social Dining. Head Chef Prabin Tamang counts Mimi Kakushi, OKKU and Brass Monkey on his CV.
